  • When and Where
    The Wrentham 350 Grand Parade is set to take place on Saturday, September 16th. The festivities will commence at 12pm and are expected to wrap up around 2:30pm. The parade will start at the William A. Rice Recreation Area located at 54 Emerald St, and will end at the intersection of South Street and Randall Rd (at the Mobil Station).
  • Rain or Shine
    Come rain or shine, the parade will go on! We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience regardless of the weather.
  • Parade Route
    Emerald Street start to Shears Street to Franklin Street to South Street to Randall Road. For a detailed visual representation of the parade route, we invite you to explore the map graphic. Click on the image to reach the interactive version.
  • Duration
    The parade is anticipated to last approximately 2.5 hours. Please note that the parade may lead to some delays and congestion near the route due to road closures and increased foot traffic.
  • Road Closures
    Kindly refer to the interactive map HERE to determine which roads will be closed. Please anticipate road closures beginning at 10:30 am, with reopening once the parade concludes.
  • Parking
    We strongly encourage you to walk to the parade route to reduce traffic congestion. For those who must drive, there will be designated parking lots available. Please note that parking areas along the parade route will be blocked during the parade. Parking is available at the following locations: King Philip High School (only the main entrance off of Rte 140 at 201 Franklin Street will be open). 201 Franklin St, Wrentham, MA 02093 American Legion 592 South St, Wrentham, MA 02093 A free shuttle service will be available between the American Legion parking lot and the King Philip High School parking lot, starting at 10am. The Field Lot off Dedham Street (the field will be on your right as you pass Winter Street while heading towards Wrentham Center). 352 MA-1A, Wrentham, MA 02093 A free shuttle service will be available between the field lot on Dedham Street and Town Center starting at 10am. Delaney School 120 Taunton St, Wrentham, MA 02093 Wrentham District Courthouse 60 East St, Wrentham, MA 02093 Additional parking options still to be confirmed within the next two weeks.
  • Handicapped Parking
    Handicapped parking spots will be provided at the new Center Lot in Wrentham Center and at the King Philip High School, in front of the tennis courts. Enter the High School at the main entrance at 201 Franklin Street to get to the spots.
  • Parking Restrictions
    Street parking along the parade route will not be permitted. Kindly refer to the route map HERE. No spectator parking will be available at the Rice Complex.
  • Public Transportation
    A free shuttle service will be available between the American Legion parking lot and the King Philip High School parking lot, starting at 10am. A free shuttle service will be available between the field lot on Dedham Street and Town Center starting at 10am.
  • Restroom Facilities
    Restroom facilities, all of which are handicapped accessible, will be strategically placed along the parade route. A total of 25 restroom facilities will be available at the following locations: Rice Complex Parking Lot - 4 KP High School Parking Lot - 2 KP Tennis Courts - 2 Depot Street - 2 New Center Parking Lot - 2 Sweatt Park Sidewalk - 2 Town Common / Civil War Monument - 3 Town Common / Horse Through - 2 Minot Street - Co-Op Bank Side - 2 155 South Street - 2 Fiske Library - 2 For a detailed visual representation of the restrooms locations, we invite you to explore the below map:
  • Home and Business Access
    Residents and businesses along the parade route are advised that there may be restricted access due to road closures. Please plan accordingly to minimize any disruptions. Residents of Archer Street, Lake Street, Circle Drive, and Kevin Joe's Way won't have access to Route 140 from approximately 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM. For those needing access during this time, we recommend parking your car at the King Philip High School. Please refer to the interactive map HERE.
  • Food and Beverages
    While it is up to local restaurants and businesses to decide whether they will remain open during the parade, attendees are encouraged to bring their own refreshments and snacks. No alcohol permitted and please help us keep Wrentham beautiful by adhering to the "carry in, carry out" rule.
  • Pets at the Parade
    We don’t recommend bringing pets (while service animals are always welcome).
  • Pre-Parade and Post-Parade Activities
    Although there won't be pre-parade entertainment or post-parade activities, the Cracker-Barrel Fair promises an enjoyable experience for all attendees starting at 3pm. Details here: https://fb.me/e/15ot1BWBi
  • Parade Broadcast and Live Streaming
    Wrentham Cable 8 will be live streaming the parade. The broadcast will be airing live on Wrentham Cable 8, Comcast Ch6/Ch8 and Verizon Ch37/39.

  • Medical Emergencies
    In the event of a serious medical emergency, please dial 911. Wrentham Fire and Wrentham Police will be on-site to promptly respond to any incidents.
